KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures • Maintain and update purchasing records accordingly • Manage inventory levels of materials or products • Follow up on delivery of the purchased items • Sourcing and acquiring goods, services and materials upon requisition • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry • Liaise between departments and provide clerical support when necessary • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required Job Requirements: • Speak fluently with good writing skill in English • Pro-active and highly resourceful • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point applications. • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise • Good team player, friendly and energetic • Good customer service. • Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Heights
