MNC Construction Company Working Hours Monday-Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm Saturday - 9am-12pm (once in a month) Job Duties: - Conduct site visits and coordinate with site teams to monitor operations. - Perform random checks to ensure the quality of materials and advise on storage conditions. - Manage procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and follow-ups on delivery. - Prepare and process requisitions, purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials. - Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and terms. - Support the manager in planning, implementing, and improving purchasing procedures. - Review and verify monthly invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders for finance submission. - Participate in specification development for equipment or alternative materials. - Monitor procurement progress to ensure compliance with company policies. - Handle requests for materials, plant, tools, and equipment from head office to site. - Provide pricing advice and market updates to relevant departments. - Ensure deliveries match ordered specifications and quantities; verify invoices accordingly. - Attend site, technical, and coordination meetings as required.
