We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage reception, facilities, and administrative support for our team. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, courier services, guest reception, and visitor access. You'll manage office facilities such as air conditioning, pantry supplies, cleanliness, and liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
