Job Description
• Gain new business (commercial outsourcing) by growing existing business and key accounts through a multichannel, customer engagement strategy that builds HCP confidence in and loyalty to company products.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and pharmaceutical companies
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development and Partnerships, to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the delivery of commercial outsourcing services, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite
executives, to understand client needs and align outsourcing services accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in business development in Pharmaceutical industries or Digital Agency.
• Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving targets in a
competitive market environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in collaborating with high-performing sales
teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales driven
strategies to drive business growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus).
