The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new sales leads, developing business relationships, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.Duties:- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.- Utilize knowledge of market trends and sales techniques to present innovative ideas and solutions to potential clients.- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that requirements are met.Requirements:- 3–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.- Proven experience in outside sales, cold call or business development.- Experience in IT and Recruitment Industry.- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.- Excellent customer service and account management skills.- Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and drive business growth.
