We are working on a confidential search for an E-Commerce Key Account Lead on behalf of one of the world’s most iconic toy brands. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing end-to-end e-commerce operations for a global leader in the industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand performance across top e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, developing business plans, managing platform marketing campaigns, and owning the brand P&L. You will also be expected to handle demand planning and forecasting, develop data-driven strategies to grow the business, and lead performance marketing efforts across digital channels.
A key part of this role involves collaborating with internal teams (operations, warehouse, and visual merchandising) and maintaining strong relationships with brand principals. You’ll also provide regular business analysis and reporting, while contributing to process improvements that drive scalability and efficiency.
Must-Haves
• A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within FMCG or an e-commerce platform.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in stakeholder management, business planning, and delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
