We’re on the hunt for an E-Commerce Executive who’s got a mix of experience at Lazada and killer attention to detail. If you love optimizing online stores and pushing products to the top of Lazada charts – this one’s for you. You’ll work with powerhouse beauty brands like Bio-Essence, Ginvera World Sap and Dr. Dermis, helping them shine online.
What You’ll Be Doing
E-Commerce Ops (a.k.a. your daily grind):
• Own the day-to-day of our Lazada stores – from product listings to stock checks to store makeovers.
• Sync up with brand & marketing teams to time product launches.
• Be the bridge between us, platform KAM & enabler to keep things smooth and speedy.
• Stay updated on platform features, updates, and best practices
Campaigns That Convert:
• Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns (think: DD day GMV, voucher drops, mega flash deals and BAU).
• Optimize campaign strategy with real-time data
• Get hands-on with Lazada tools like promo mechanics, affiliate collabs, and more.
Platform Performance:
• Track metrics like conversion rate, CTR, GMV, and bounce rate like your KPIs depend on it (because they do).
• Monitor and conversion rates, sales, traffic to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize product listings and store appearance to enhance visibility and conversion.
• Keep our product pages looking’ sharp and consumer friendly.
Reporting & Insights:
• Monthly reports on campaign and sales performance.
• Use data to tell stories, spot trends, and drive better decision-making.
What You Bring to the Table
• 2 years of experience running e-com ops (Shopee, Lazada).
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin – written and spoken.
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts – bring it on).
• You know how to plan, run, and evaluate e-commerce campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and always a few clicks ahead.
Bonus Points (but not deal-breakers):
• Experience in skincare or FMCG.
