We are currently supporting a confidential search for an E-Commerce Brand Lead to lead the online growth strategy for a globally recognized brand in the health & wellness space. The role is focused on managing the brand’s performance across key marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and more.

This individual will be responsible for building comprehensive e-commerce business plans, managing brand P&L including reconciliation and billing, and leading campaign negotiations and execution across platforms. A strong understanding of data analytics, forecasting tools, and performance marketing is crucial, as the role requires identifying opportunities to drive sales and optimize margins.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing relationships with brand principals, leading cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., operations, warehouse, visual merchandising), and developing tools and trackers to improve scalability and efficiency.

Must-Haves

• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally within FMCG or with an e-commerce provider.

• Proven expertise in P&L management, demand planning, and data-driven decision making, supported by strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management, and confident presentation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
