• Develop and implement quality control procedures for high-precision machined components, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. • Conduct in-process and final product inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material conformity for aerospace, oil & gas, and industrial machine parts. • Monitor and analyze manufacturing process capability using statistical tools (e.g., SPC, Cp, Cpk) to identify trends and prevent quality issues. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to assess new projects, review technical drawings, and establish quality checkpoints throughout the production cycle. • Oversee quality documentation and compliance, including preparation and maintenance of quality plans, inspection records, control plans, and audit reports in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. • Support internal and external audits, including customer and supplier assessments, and implement corrective/preventive actions to ensure continuous compliance. • Maintain calibration systems for precision measuring equipment, ensuring all tools used in inspection are accurate and traceable. • Lead quality improvement initiatives, such as root cause analysis, corrective action requests (CAR), and continuous improvement programs within the machining and fabrication departments. • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality-related procedures, work instructions, and standards to ensure product consistency and reduce rework. • Support cross-functional projects related to new product introduction, process validation, and quality system upgrades as company expands into new industry sectors (e.g., biomedical, semiconductor).
