Job Responsibilities 1. Manage leave & attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, daily employee’s attendance check & overtime check. 2. Administer employee benefits, including medical claims, leaves, and other entitlements. 3. Source and liaise with external trainers, manage logistics, prepare training calendars and budgets, and analyze training effectiveness. 4. Organize corporate events, annual dinners, and convention trips to foster employee engagement and company culture. 5. Managing hostel matters and oversee hostel conditions to ensure they meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall living environment. 6. Manage to handle all enquiries and issues of foreign workers, handling work permit applications, renewals, and terminations for foreign workers.. 7. Coordinate employee relations and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. 8. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures. 9. Assist in employee disciplinary and performance management processes. 10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases. 11. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned. Requirements 1. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2. 1-3 years of experience preferably within an HR department or similar environment. 3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 4. Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation. 7. Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 8. Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws in Malaysia.
