  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description 1. Project management between customer and company on firmware ("FW") co-development 2. Facilitate technical communication between customer and company's FW team 3. Track bugs and work with FW engineers to resolve issues in a timely manner 4. Managing regular customer communication and associated action logs 5. Drive improvements to development processes to more efficiently co-develop customer FW Minimum Requirements 1. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or working experience in related field. 2. Demonstrated project management skills, presentation abilities and customer relationship management experience are key requirements 3. Experience working in agile development teams 4. Minimum 5 years of working experience that involves interaction with sales, customers, engineers and product development teams 5. With experience of software or firmware development methodologies 6. Experience working with issue tracking tools such as JIRA 7. Detail oriented and highly collaborative 8. Ability / flexibility to work evenings and to travel internationally 9. Ability to independently plan and lead projects, across global sites and internationally Plus Points: 1. High proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers from different countries. 2. Knowledge of traditional enterprise server and OCP server customers 3. Experience working in a global firmware development organization 4. Knowledge of SSD building blocks is a plus 5. Experience with code revision control tools (such as bitbucket)
