About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our team at KYC FOOD INDUSTRY (M) SDN BHD' in Chemor Perak. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing general HR administrative support, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding

  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures

  • Managing vacancy posting and interview with short-listed candidates

  • Handling general HR-related inquiries and providing administrative support to the HR manager

  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic Accounting software (e.g.; QNE, UBS, etc.) and data entry

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and a good understanding of employment laws and regulations
