About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our team at KYC FOOD INDUSTRY (M) SDN BHD' in Chemor Perak. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative processes.
What you'll be doing
Providing general HR administrative support, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
Managing vacancy posting and interview with short-listed candidates
Handling general HR-related inquiries and providing administrative support to the HR manager
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic Accounting software (e.g.; QNE, UBS, etc.) and data entry
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and a good understanding of employment laws and regulations
