  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job responsibilities:

1. Logistics management: co-ordinate the logistics operations in Penang and Kuala Lumpur, including international freight transport, trucking, warehousing and distribution and customs clearance processes to ensure safe and on-time delivery of goods;

2. International freight coordination: docking with shipping and air freight agents and local customs, optimizing cross-border transportation plans, reducing logistics costs, and dealing with unexpected transportation problems (such as delays, compliance reviews, etc.);

3. Fleet and supplier management: responsible for truck fleet scheduling, maintenance and cost control, selection and management of third-party logistics suppliers to ensure service quality and contract performance;

4. Compliance and risk control: monitor international logistics regulations (such as international trade terms, customs policies, safety standards), develop internal operating processes to avoid compliance risks;

5. Data and reports: Regularly analyze logistics data (such as transportation time, cost ratio, customer satisfaction), submit English operation reports to the headquarters, and put forward optimization suggestions;

6. Team collaboration: Lead the local logistics team, coordinate the needs of cross-departments (such as sales, customer service, finance), and promote project implementation and efficiency improvement.

Job Requirements:

1.At least 5 years of logistics industry experience, at least 3 years of international freight (such as sea/air booking, cross-border customs clearance) and truck transport management experience, experience in Southeast Asia logistics market is preferred;

2. Familiar with Malaysia's local logistics network, customs procedures and transportation regulations;

3. Proficient in Chinese and English communication, which can be used as the working language (written communication, meeting reporting, document drafting);

4. Have knowledge of supply chain management, logistics cost accounting and project management, skilled in using logistics management system (TMS) and Excel data analysis;

5. Good cross-cultural communication skills, problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
