  • Process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime, allowances, deductions, and unpaid leave.
  • Verify and reconcile attendance records, punch cards, and timesheets from all departments.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and employer obligations.
  • Prepare and submit EA forms, income tax documentation, and other statutory reports in a timely manner.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate and distribute payslips, payroll summaries, and statutory submission confirmations.
  • Manage and update employee payroll data, including new joiners, resignations, salary revisions, and transfers.
  • Issue HR letters related to salary, bonus, allowances, deductions, and other compensation & benefits.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and HR teams for payroll journal postings and reconciliation.
  • Assist in HR audits by preparing required documentation and supporting internal or external audit processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll files and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Support ad hoc HR tasks, such as employee confirmation tracking, benefits enrollment, and salary surveys.
  • Stay informed about changes in labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
