  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Description

・Provide technical support and service barcode equipment (printer & scanner) at customer site.
・Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
・Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
・Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings.
・Build positive relationships with customers.
・Produce timely and detailed service reports.
・Propose the service contract
・Do & submit quotation to customer

・Gather information competitor (label, ribbon & printer) and old SATO printer model.

Requirement

・ Education Background: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
・ Years of experience: At least 2 years relevant experiences in related field with good interpersonal skills.

・Must have own car

・Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday.

Additional Information:

Company Industry: Sales Office

Working Location: Shah Alam

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:45pm
