Job description:
- Support the sales team by preparing promotional materials and assisting in streamlining sales activities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries regarding refrigerant gas through the company website, contributing to customer satisfaction
- Handle gas container delivery arrangements and coordinate with logistics companies to ensure smooth product supply
- Manage sales data entry, create sales reports, and maintain customer lists, providing essential support for sales operations
- Handle customer requests for quotes and process orders, actively participating in the sales process
- Monitor product inventory and adjust delivery schedules as needed to meet customer demands
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, accounting, etc.) to ensure smooth sales operations
- Manage various administrative tasks and document preparation to provide a supportive environment for the sales team
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Any
- Minimum 1 year sales assistant experience in any
- Within 2 months' notice but prefer Immediate starter
