・Handling the HR, Admin, Purchasing, IT and ISO duties.
・Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function of the company.
・Responsible for formulating the policies in relation to HR and ensuring that the policies are adhered to and in compliance to government regulations, legal requirements, business compliance and company policies.
・Liaise with government authorities on HR related matters and other licensing and statutory matters for compliance requirements.
・Lead, plan and implement HR strategy so as to attract, manage, develop and retain employees to enable the organisation to achieve its current and future business objectives.
・Work with relevant departments on shift-planning and other manpower arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
・Prepare and maintain employee handbooks and other documentation, set up a system for filing and retrieval of records, etc.
・Handle all matters related to employee disciplinary issues.
・Apply for new, renew, process or manage government license requirements including but not limited to MBJB, JKKP, BOMBA, etc.
・To streamline and make improvements to the administration of the company.
・Handle other duties and responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Qualification


・Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
・Working experience in Admin, HR.
・Able to read, write and converse in Japanese, BM and English
・Preferably manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
・Must have good knowledge and experience in Malaysia labour law, industrial law and related regulations.
・Experience with payroll and other HRM systems.


・Prior HR and admin experience in manufacturing companies is beneficial.


・Excellent interpersonal. Strong communications, leadership skills and result oriented.
・Resourceful and possess good leadership skills and strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
