Job Summary
To perform overall IT support on POS (rolling out, troubleshoot, maintenance), CCTV monitoring (network connection, troubleshoot) & IT related tasks (asset tracking, hardware & software troubleshoot, interface monitoring)
General Responsibilities
To arrange and coordinate POS terminal set configuration and delivery to outlet for roll out.
Monitoring and troubleshooting outlet network connection
To liaise with certain shopping mall’s management to work on the sales data integration to their server. To coordinate with MYIT to get the back-end script to transfer across the data via network to shopping mall’s server.
To manage work tasks related to POS.
Review synchronization data accuracy between different systems and provide rectification.
Administration task: - asset movement tracking, network billing and allocation, integration/ interface status, etc.
