Finance & Business Manager
Position Overview
Dermalene Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Finance & Business Manager to oversee the company's financial performance, strategic business planning, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing financial reports, providing insights into business performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the finance team to align financial strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting:
- Manage and monitor the company’s financial performance, including preparing financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
2. Business Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies, financial goals, and operational plans.
- Provide insights into business performance and recommend financial strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
3. Cost Control & Efficiency:
- Develop and implement cost-control measures to improve financial efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement, including cost reductions and process enhancements.
- Manage financial risk and ensure appropriate policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
4. Compliance & Regulatory:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee internal audits and external compliance reporting.
- Stay updated on changing regulations to maintain compliance.
5. Team Leadership & Development:
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, promoting continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment of financial goals with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
6. Reporting & Compliance:
- Monitor cash flow, machine capacity reports, and ensure timely submission of financial data.
- Ensure month-end closing and preparation of accurate financial reports.
7. Business Proposals & Financial Modeling:
- Assist in preparing business proposals, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
- Evaluate business proposals, profitability, and financial projections for management review.
8. Payroll Administration:
- Assist in payroll administration and ensure accuracy in monthly payroll activities.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in financial management or related roles.
- Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Skills & Competencies
Skills:
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations for improvement.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
