Job Description
- Achieve monthly KPI sales targets
- Develop and implement effective Sales & Marketing strategies to drive business growth;
- Execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives and targets;
- To lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and engagement;
- To develop and execute sales plans by leveraging growth opportunities. Work with the sales team to source warm leads, engage the prospects, follow through, and secure the deals;
- To drive business growth and expansion initiatives through market analysis, identifying opportunities, and developing innovative strategies;
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams;
- To monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities for the company;
- To select the branch location and oversee the setup, including interior design, equipment installation, and IT infrastructure; To identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive branch growth;
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service;
- To oversee the Profit & Loss, manage budgets, financial performance, and operational expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency;
- To implement and maintain best practices in business processes, systems, and operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness;
- To ensure compliance with the company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all business activities;
- To provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on company performance, including key metrics, achievements, and challenges;
- To drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the company;
- To collaborate with the HR department in addressing employee performance issues, implementing disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
- To coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous development and accountability within the team;
Requirement
- Min 5 years of relevant working experiences
- At least 2-3 years of Manager position
- Have own transportation
- Working hour : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Alternative Saturday (2nd and 4th week only) , 9am to 1pm.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
