- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and organizational budget.

- Administer employee benefit programs (healthcare, retirement plans, bonuses, etc.) and respond to employee inquiries.
6. HR Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational best practices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of HR policies and recommend updates or changes.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant.
7. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Organize employee wellness programs to promote work-life balance and mental health.
- Gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to measure employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
8. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present HR-related reports to senior management, including metrics on recruitment, employee turnover, performance, and compensation.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.
- Recommend data-driven strategies for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
9. Team Leadership & Collaboration
