1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and organizational budget.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations for adjustments or enhancements to retain top talent.
  • Administer employee benefit programs (healthcare, retirement plans, bonuses, etc.) and respond to employee inquiries.

6. HR Policy Development & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational best practices.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of HR policies and recommend updates or changes.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant.

7. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve job satisfaction and retention.
  • Organize employee wellness programs to promote work-life balance and mental health.
  • Gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to measure employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.

8. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present HR-related reports to senior management, including metrics on recruitment, employee turnover, performance, and compensation.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.

9. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, legal) to align HR strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Manage HR-related projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes are achieved.

10. Health, Safety, and Employee Welfare

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Manage employee welfare programs, ensuring the well-being of employees at all levels.

11. Change Management
