  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop applications on Microsoft or any other newer programming language and he/she must be able to be a full-stack developer.
  • Able to think out of the box on solutions to enhance human experience in relation to real estate.
  • Have experience in designing and developing complex applications or digital solution that integrates with IOT Sensors, CCTV live footage, Facial recognition devices, etc.
  • Have a background in HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, C# programming, Web API, API Integration, RESTful APIs, and .NET/.NET Core programming for full-stack development
  • Develop comprehensive architectural solutions that serve as blueprints + roadmap for system development to serve our end-to-end integrated real estate company.
  • Design and lead the implementation of solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, and business requirements.
  • Engage and collaborate with business pillars and support them within projects to ensure the project is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture and business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to ensure solutions are current and competitive.
  • Conduct evaluations of the computer system architecture with an emphasis on design.
  • Create and maintain or enhance procedures, processes, and designs of applications.
  • Working closely together with project stakeholders to gather their needs and requirements, analyse and work on the solution design ensuring the application are integrated with the company’s backbone system.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
  • Ensure solution meets world-class performance, scalability and security requirements.
  • Lead the software development team and develop (and or configuring existing tools) the application meeting the business objectives.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution.
  • Participating actively in Continuous Improvement of the solution and its components.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Solution Architecture, Software Development or related field.
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in related field.
  • Able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms and architecture designs.
  • Possess problem-solving and analytical skills in finding suitable technology and quality solutions in detail to address business use case.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies and tools.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
