Job Responsibilities

  • Assist to prepare documents on monthly basis
  • Knocking off client payment invoice with receipt
  • Reconcile sales invoice with bank payment receipt
  • Liaison with Singapore team on other administrative work, if any.
  • Accounting experience preferred.

Job Requirements

  • Strong command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Xero accounting software.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Must be able to work from Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
