Job Responsibilities
- Assist to prepare documents on monthly basis
- Knocking off client payment invoice with receipt
- Reconcile sales invoice with bank payment receipt
- Liaison with Singapore team on other administrative work, if any.
- Accounting experience preferred.
Job Requirements
- Strong command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software.
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Must be able to work from Monday to Friday
