  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ERP Analyst to support and optimize our ERP system across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, reporting, and system performance. This role plays a key part in ensuring the ERP system aligns with the company’s goals and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage, implement, support, maintenance and oversee the entire ERP system (Oracle EBS and other relevant ERP software)
  • To study the ERP system requirement, work with functional team (Finance, SCM & Manufacturing to align ERP process with define business needs.
  • Support ERP implementation, and enhancement project. Develop project plans, timelines and deliverables for ERP initiatives.
  • Design and execute testing scenarios to validate system functionality.
  • Identify discrepancies or inefficiencies, propose alternative approaches, and implement solutions.
  • Manage integration processes between ERP systems and other business applications.
  • Monitor project progression, identify risks, and ensure successful "go -live and post implementation support.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide on-demand assistance when required.
  • To finish all the task as assigned and complete all other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

  • Hands on experience with ERP systems - Oracle EBS, SAP or other relevant ERP will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, SCM and Manufacturing.
  • PL\SQL.SQL Queries, data extraction and reporting tools.

Experience & Qualification Enquired:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as ERP Engineer/ Analyst.
  • Bachelor’s degree in, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
