Overview
The HRA Executive will handle HR and administrative tasks across regional offices, focusing on talent acquisition, employee management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee confirmations, contract renewals, and HR-related letters.
- Maintain records in HRMS.
- Support staff training programs and engagement activities.
- Update staff insurance records.
- Manage HR records (soft & hard copies).
- Liaise with building management.
- Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of HR experience.
- Strong integrity, confidentiality, and self-discipline.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- English & BM (written & spoken).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
