  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Performance: Achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and maximize profitability.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: Build strong client relationships and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Operations & Compliance: Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and store security.
  • Financial Management: Control expenses, optimize staffing, and ensure budget adherence.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of retail management experience (luxury retail preferred).
  • Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
