1. Personal tasks:

  • Managing Schedule & Appointments: Booking and organizing personal appointments, travel plans, and reservations.
  • Household & Errands: Running errands like shopping/groceries, bill payments, and household coordination.
  • Personal Correspondence: Handling emails, messages, and phone calls on your behalf.
  • Family Assistance: Organizing tasks related to children/school, providing assistance with children, medical appointments, or household stuff.
  • Event Planning: Assisting with birthdays, family gatherings, or social engagements.
  • Driver: Drives director daily and assist with school pick ups

    2. Performing administrative and fulfilment duties:

    • Fulfilment: Packing and sorting orders for online fulfilments
    • Administrative duties: Reply to emails and customer's queries on social media platforms

  • Minimum diploma/certificate or equivalent
  • Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Positive thinker, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities
  • Willing to travel (when needed)
  • Posses valid driver's license and clean driving record for providing transportation services when required
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Good with kids
