Job Description :

1) Prepare weekly & monthly casual labour report, calculated their salary after EPF & Socso deduction.

2) Maintain record for medical cost entitlement for staff, reimburse all medical claim, and ensure entitlement per year not exceeded.

3) Announcement of Public Holiday via email to all employee every beginning of month.

4) Handling all matters related to Internship student eg: Prepare acceptance letter, schedule & notify Head of Department, do registration and prepare their allowance based on their attendance.

5) Secondment staff from others property – Register thumbprint, issuance letter, issuance hostel & locker key, prepare uniform, update their attendance to the concern compny for salary payment.

6) Register newly join eg : Register thumbprint for attendance, issuance Letter of employment, Prepare ID Card, Uniform issuance, follow up pending documents and announcement on new appointment via email.

7) Liaising with Head of Department (HOD) to get nomination for Best Employee of month every 3 months once.

8) Prepare Birthday card, complimentary voucher and planning birthday gathering quarterly.

9) Ensure HOD submit Confirmation Appraisal form to HR when date due and prepare confirmation/ extension letter based on staff performance.

10) Prepare letter of Promotion/ Transfer and update all related records

11) Update Typhoid & Food Handler Training for F&B Staff. Remind and follow up closely with staff when their Typhoid is near of date expiry.

12) Assist on room boking to get Staff Rate with KLSO / Reservation by submit form request then follow up with them for status application approved / not.

13) Prepare Voucher and letter on sponsorship request from others hotel once get approval from HRM and General Manager.

14) Attend any employees query regarding their benefits and entitlement

15) Maintain good relationship regardless of level & department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
