We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Stock Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution of merchandise. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail logistics and will ensure efficient inventory management and timely delivery to retail outlets, optimizing space, reducing costs, and maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound logistics.

2. Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.

3. Optimize storage and distribution strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

4. Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs and company policies.

5. Lead and supervise warehouse staffs.

6. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using stock management system.

7. Ensure all stock movements are recorded promptly and correctly.

8. Monitor daily stock movement for outlets to ensure sufficient stock level.

9. Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock planning and replenishment.

10. Forecast outlets’ demand to ensure timely deliveries.

11. Conduct regular stock counts, audits and reconciliations for warehouse and outlets to ensure inventory accuracy.

12. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

13. Implement and improve warehouse layout and storage practices for maximum efficiency.

14. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of stock (FIFO/FEFO).

15. Generate inventory and stock reports to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

2. Minimum Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

3. Minimum 2-5 years in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.

4. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

5. Strong leadership and organizational skills.

6. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

7. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. High level of integrity and a commitment to driving operational excellence.

9. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

10. Good communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
