  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

· Ownership of the software products and software implementation Unit.

· Resource capability planning & management for new recruitment, staff career development.

· Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the unit’s operation including the project execution.

· Manage the production support incident SLA and resolution

· Provide technical direction and guidance for the software product development

· Manage the software development life cycle for the product version release.

· Proactive to support the product team in developing, launching, and optimizing products

· Involved in the project implementation, oversee the project development progress and project coordination to ensure product success.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support) to ensure smooth execution of product plans.

· Assist in creating product documentation, presentations, and training materials for internal teams and stakeholders.

· Help define product requirements and specifications based on business objectives and user needs.

Requirements:

· Degree/ Master in Information Technology or related field

· Preferable experience with banking industry project, financial payment, or financial reporting knowledge.

· 5 years working experience in software development industry, 3 years in management position.

· Possess good interpersonal, written and communication skills, and positive working attitude

· Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

· Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skill

· Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

· Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product development cycles.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Experienced in Java, front end development languages including, jQuery, Json, Ajax, JavaScript, HTML5, XML, CSS, Bootstrap, ZK, Dart language, REST API

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
