Senior Executive E-Commerce
Job Summary
He / She is responsible for growing and developing the business strategies of E-Commerce channels (including App and Web Commerce). This role will contribute to brand profitable growth by driving eCommerce marketing strategy with a focus on transaction growth, sales growth and new customer acquisition. Their day to day includes working with a diverse, cross-functional e-commerce marketing team to deliver seamless customer experiences across digital platforms (paid and own), manage menu availability on own channel, maximize sales performance and support the rapid growth of these channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan marketing campaigns to drive and improve conversion to e-commerce sales
Initiate, plan and develop marketing and communication strategies to drive sales for Baskin Robbins’.
Assist in developing marketing acquisition calendar across e-commerce channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify other opportunities - including within the e-commerce team (Retention, UI/UX, Partnerships & Aggregators) as well as the Brand marketing team.
Plan, coordinate and manage campaign execution from start to end, on-time: from creating sales offer and projection, briefing & memos to internal and external team for execution, reviewing creative campaign collaterals, media budget & plans, UAT of promo codes / menu, launching campaign, monitoring to ensure business KPI is met, generating post campaign insights and handling PO’s and financial invoices.
Work closely with operations & IT / digital agency team to ensure campaigns are smooth running, as well as agency partners for creative execution and media buying.
Continuous measurement and optimization on sales & transaction by reviewing data from various sources (internal sales, website Google Analytics, CRM database, Media buying performance etc.).
Monitor closely competitor products/ services, campaigns and market trends to identify current and future opportunities.
Continuously drive best practices in communication tactics that deliver the conversion performance
2. Launch and drive awareness of all e-commerce channels
Understand and analyze barriers to conversion and getting new acquisition for each e-commerce channels and assist to develop brand strategy development / consumer engagement plans.
Identify out of box solutions to drive awareness and adoption for various own channel including leveraging on own retail network or aggregators.
Assist in developing long term adoption strategy for new channel launches.
3. Generate meaningful campaign analysis and learnings
Consistently keep track and monitor own promotions metrics (conversions, new users,
download/install rate, ticket average, channel contribution, overall sales uplift etc).
Build on learnings and drive improvements to what’s proven to have worked for future
application.
Identify issues and problematic areas or bottlenecks as part of learnings.
4. Manage own channel menu
Ensure SKUs and brand website info are updated at a timely manner
Manage promo configuration for own channel
Manage product menu briefing, visual presentation, meta data across own channel for all
campaigns including tactical campaigns, recurring campaigns, new launches etc.
Proactively communicate key launch dates with stakeholders from different cross
functional teams including 3rd party vendors
Other Responsibilities
Budget management & monitoring (media and production cost).
Support other Baskin Robbins’ Marketing and eCommerce initiatives as and when needed & required
Work collaboratively with internal (Operations, Digital/IT, Regional etc) and external partners (eCommerce creative agency and media agency)
Ensure reports are updated and accurate
Provide cross functional sharing on latest initiatives to the wider Marketing team
Be in the know on latest industry learnings and application

Intermediate Microsoft Office or Google Business Suite skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power Point., Google Slides and Web Analytics.
Qualifications and Experience
Holds a Degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce or its equivalent with at least 2-3 years of
experience and 1 years in E-Commerce / online sales.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
