Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the construction technology, property development or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and lead a team effectively.
