Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the construction technology, property development or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and lead a team effectively.
