  • Prepare communications such as email, letters, notices, reports, memos, invoices and other correspondence.
  • Manage, maintain and perform filing and archiving of documents and other correspondence.
  • Any other administrative and office management duties and functions as may be assigned by the management.
  • Minimum qualification - SPM/Certificate/Diploma.
  • No work experience is required but must be willing to learn.
  • Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Computer literate.
