Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for front desk receptionist duties including tidy and maintain the reception area.
- To attend to incoming and outgoing calls, direct calls and take messages.
- To handle day to day incoming and outgoing documents/mails for postages, courier services or dispatch with proper records.
- To greet our customers and public who enter the company politely, face-to-face deal with their enquiries and provide them with information as well as direct the person to the correct destination.
- To monitor the visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- To organize and maintain board room and meeting room in clean and good conditions.
- To assist to co-ordinate meetings and organize for catering and refreshment.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory for office equipment and pantry refreshment.
- To ensure proper filing for documents and other important submissions form relevant parties.
- To provide general administrative and clerical support such as receiving fax, call up third party for cheques collection, get approval for tenants/contractors working permit and etc.
- To take up additional assignment and responsibility given by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- SPM level (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in front desk service.
- Have good communication skill to communicate with staff and customers.
- Have good interpersonal skills which consist of discipline, committed and trustworthy.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
