Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations and administrative support for the operations team.
  • Prepare and update operational documents, reports, and schedules.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments for follow-ups.
  • Monitor and record vehicle movement and maintenance schedule.
  • Assist in document submission and collection (e.g., delivery orders, invoices).
  • Support planning and coordination of operational tasks and activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Executive/Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in operations or administrative support is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
