Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and administrative support for the operations team.
- Prepare and update operational documents, reports, and schedules.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and databases.
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments for follow-ups.
- Monitor and record vehicle movement and maintenance schedule.
- Assist in document submission and collection (e.g., delivery orders, invoices).
- Support planning and coordination of operational tasks and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Executive/Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in operations or administrative support is an added advantage.
