  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Qualification:

1. Knowledgeable and 7 years’ experience or more in Organizational Change Management of IT System Transformation Projects, Infra, ERP or SAP 4/Hana.

Technical Skill:

1. Possess good understanding in change management for project management lifecycle including suitable change management approach, methodology and coordination of multiple activities to meet target deadlines.

2. Possess good communication and stakeholder management skills

3. Have completed training/foundation in Change Management.

  • Possession of a Change Management certification is an advantage, though not strictly required.
  • Adept at supporting and providing guidance to the Project Manager on change-related matters, including preparation of reports.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and the ability to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate change-related risks.
  • Capable of offering informed opinions and recommendations, drawing from past experience and best practices.
  • Experienced in managing large-scale, multi-million ringgit projects, particularly within the Oil & Gas and IT sectors.
  • Proficient in gathering and understanding client/user requirements by effectively asking the right questions to uncover core needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per day
