Executive Assistant
Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to university leadership, managing schedules, correspondence, and confidential information. This role ensures seamless coordination of executive functions while enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate university events, meetings, and special projects.
- Oversee office operations and maintain organizational efficiency.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive support role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read and write contracts effectively.
- Good command of language, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels.
- Demonstrates adaptability, non-judgmental attitude, and emotional intelligence in handling diverse situations.
- Knowledge in branding and how it influences business positioning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
