Job Summary
Multimedia Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in digital media production, including animation, video production, UI/UX design, and interactive media. This role involves curriculum development, conducting both online and in-person classes, and integrating real-world applications into teaching. The lecturer will also mentor students and collaborate with industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the university professionally and provide information on courses, enrollment procedures, and academic offerings.
- Conduct both online and in-person classes, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive activities to enhance student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Stay updated on emerging multimedia technologies, such as AR, VR, and AI applications.
- Guide students in developing interactive media projects and portfolios.
- Collaborate with industry professionals for guest lectures and project-based learning.
Requirement:
- Master’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field or at least 5 years of industry experience.
- Expertise in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or Unity.
- Experience in digital storytelling, motion graphics, or user experience design.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and multimedia production pipelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
