Job Summary
The Student Services/Wellness oversees student support programs, ensuring a positive university experience by promoting student well-being, mental health, and engagement. This role fosters a supportive campus environment through counseling, wellness initiatives, and student services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage student wellness programs, including mental health initiatives.
- Provide guidance on student concerns related to academics, well-being, and personal development.
- Organize student engagement activities, workshops, and support groups.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a supportive student environment.
- Handle student grievances and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and mental health regulations.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in student affairs, counseling, or wellness programs.
- Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills.
- Knowledge of student support services and mental health best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement wellness programs effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
