Job Descriptions
- Maintain up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, payments, and receipts.
- Process and verify invoices for both account payable & receivable, ensuring timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of e-invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports & audits.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks within the Finance team as needed.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in related field or position.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Being familiar with IFCA software is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
