Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation for onboarding and offboarding, and ensure documentations are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Administer compensation structures, administer employee benefits programs, process staff claims, and handle payroll administration while addressing related employee inquiries.
- Plan and execute training and development programs to upskill employees and meet organisational needs. Lead staff engagement initiatives to foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
- Ensure proper storage, management, and retrieval of HR files, contracts, and agreements. Support compliance with local labour laws and organizational standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior HR role
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
