Position Title

Senior Officer, Ticketing Operations

Reports To

Executive, Ticketing Operations

Role Purpose

To perform Reservations & Ticketing functionalities, provide appropriate solutions/products to all walk-in customers with highest degree of courtesy in a manner to ensure sales targets and procedures are adhered all time.

Key Accountability

  • Process booking, Ticketing & up-sell relevant products whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure customer issues is resolved by securing the relevant information and finding a suitable resolution.
  • Responsible of handling First Class, Business Class, Economy Class, Enrich Platinum, Enrich Gold, Enrich Silver and Enrich Blue walk in passengers as per set standard
  • Ensure all daily sales collections and credit card sales submitted and to assist superior and provide support with respect to delegated tasks/ assignments.
  • To deliver Genuine Malaysian Hospitality
  • To carry out any other task as assigned by Immediate Superior or to attend any meetings and/or assignments as required.

Qualification & Experience

  • Degree in Communication, Management or any related field and/or
  • Professional Certificate in any related field and/or
Years of Experience : 3 years of working experience

Areas of Experience :

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Courteous and pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player with good and Excellent manners with required tact and diplomacy to handle customers professionally
