To acknowledge received of new or transferred mould.
To keep all mould in good condition.
To arrange mould test run and preparation for FA sample submission.
To verify all drawing specification and identify inspection method and equipment use.
To prepare on FAI report and FA samples for submission to customer for the approval.
To prepare and review preventive maintenance, weekly and daily check-sheet for all machine, equipment, tooling and cleanroom facilities.
To recommend or provide solution for product quality problem and lead in quality improvement.
To plan and assist in all jig and fixtures fabrication to support production.
To liaise with related team to follow-up on FA evaluation result, customer complaint and any technical issues.
To review/analyse machine downtime and provide improvement to achieve higher productivity.
To study on process balancing, production yield and productivity achievement.
To ensure QMS (including QCPC, OS, WC and etc.) is compliance in the production.
To study and provide spare parts shelf life.
To ensure good 7'S practice.
To carry out all other duties as and when assigned by superior.
