  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

We're Hiring for onsite IT Support Engineer

Join us as an IT Support Engineer and play a crucial role in the M365 Migration Project within a fast-paced 24/7 IT support environment. If you're an IT pro with M365 expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for problem-solving, this is the opportunity for you!

  • Industry: Aviation MRO
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (with PERSOLKELLY)
  • Location: Near Subang Airport
  • Work Schedule: 24/7 shift rotation
  • Salary: Range between RM4,000 - RM5,000 (based on experience & skillset) +allowance +quarterly incentives + statutory contributions + leave entitlement + medical coverage

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide dedicated support for M365 migration and general IT support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Collaborate with teams and adapt to changing IT needs
  • Ensure smooth and timely support for all users

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (certifications & experience may be considered)
  • 2-3 years of onsite IT support experience, focusing on M365 migration
  • Preferred certifications: MCSA in Office 365 / Microsoft 365, ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management or CCNA (a plus!)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Strong troubleshooting & network administration skills
  • Excellent communication & documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently & manage multiple priorities
