  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re Hiring: IT Project Engineer

Join a fast-paced aviation MRO environment as an IT Project Engineer, where you'll support IT operations, lead digital initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through technology.

Location: Near Subang Airport
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Contract Duration: 12-month contract under PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000 (Based on experience & skillset) + Allowance + Quarterly Incentives + Statutory Contributions + Medical Coverage + Leave Entitlement

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide IT operations and digital support across manufacturing and office sites (hardware, infrastructure, applications)
  • Manage and monitor IT and digital projects – ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements using digital tools
  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams on systems updates, vulnerability management, and deployments
  • Maintain accurate IT asset and configuration data
  • Participate in IT incident and problem management activities
  • Perform regular operational health checks on all site-based IT services and infrastructure
  • Submit weekly project progress reports
  • Participate in rotational IT support standby duties

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • Compulsory: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Project Management & IT Support
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, hardware, servers, ERP, Analytics tools)
  • Experience in 24/7 technical operations and vendor/stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, budgeting, and procurement
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (Other local languages are a plus)
  • Positive, agile, and proactive mindset
