  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Project Engineer (Civil)

  • You will play a lead role in managing the Contractors in the construction of new MRT Lines and / or enhancement to Existing Lines.
  • You will be involved in the management of the contractors for Stations and Tunnel constructions in elevated or underground constructions, or Addition & Alteration works for Existing Lines.
  • You will be responsible for the safety, quality, progress, stakeholder management and environment impact of the Contractors’ works.
  • You will also assist in planning and managing the risks and cashflows of the various contracts as well as the issuance of instructions and assessment of variations/payments/claims.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with familiarity with the relevant local codes and transit construction
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience working on MRT/ metro railway projects or experience in managing deep excavation/ tunnel construction using Tunnel Boring Machines (either EPB or slurry)
  • A good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil and trackwork
  • S project management and leadership skills with proven track records • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills relevant to the job role
  • Team player who is analytical, resourceful, and result-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
