- Collaborate with management to design seasonal menus and special event offerings.
- Interact with guests when necessary to receive feedback and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Innovate and refine dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting while staying true to Italian culinary traditions.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating according to restaurant or hotel standards.
- Source high-quality ingredients, including fresh pasta, cheeses, meats, and seafood.
- Stay updated on Italian culinary trends, techniques, and regional specialties.
