- Maintain and update filing systems for project documentation.
- Assist in monitoring and ordering office and site supplies.
- Maintain staff attendance records and assist in preparing payroll-related documentation.
- Support communication and coordination between HQ office and project site teams.
- Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other documents to relevant departments or authorities when required.
