  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of plastic tooling and molds for manufacturing
  • Collaborate with product design and manufacturing teams to ensure tooling meets project specifications and quality standards
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new tooling projects and make recommendations
  • Oversee the tooling lifecycle, from concept to production, including prototype development, testing, and refinement
  • Ensure precision in mold design for injection molding processes, accounting for material characteristics, part geometry, and tooling longevity
  • Manage tooling modifications and troubleshoot issues to optimize performance, durability, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source and evaluate tooling materials and external manufacturing partners
  • Establish and maintain tooling documentation, including CAD drawings, material specs, and technical reports
  • Conduct root cause analysis for tooling issues and implement corrective actions to improve tool reliability

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic tooling, with expertise in injection molding processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
