Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and approve customer record updates and merging requests in the Centralized Customer Information File (CIF) system.
  • Correct and update customer information in CIF, FPMS, and Life Asia systems using valid supporting documents.
  • Respond to customer and internal enquiries, and follow up on cases that are escalated to other departments.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within the expected timeline according to the service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening in the FPMS system as assigned by the Risk & Compliance team.
  • Highlight potential risks, resolve issues, and share suggestions to improve data and risk management practices.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma and has at least 1 year of experience managing administrative tasks.
  • Strong skills in working independently and under pressure, with a focus on producing high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Life and Group Insurance and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Spreadsheet, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrates strong customer service orientation, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
