Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and approve customer record updates and merging requests in the Centralized Customer Information File (CIF) system.
- Correct and update customer information in CIF, FPMS, and Life Asia systems using valid supporting documents.
- Respond to customer and internal enquiries, and follow up on cases that are escalated to other departments.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within the expected timeline according to the service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening in the FPMS system as assigned by the Risk & Compliance team.
- Highlight potential risks, resolve issues, and share suggestions to improve data and risk management practices.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma and has at least 1 year of experience managing administrative tasks.
- Strong skills in working independently and under pressure, with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Proficient in Life and Group Insurance and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Spreadsheet, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates strong customer service orientation, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
